This website has no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. We only receive personal data when you buy the Kit or write to us.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and order details (what you bought, when, the price and an order reference). These reach us through Creem, our merchant of record.
- Payment details: your card or other payment details are handled by Creem and its payment providers. We never see or store them.
- When you write to us: your email address and whatever you put in your message.
Your personal copy
Every copy of the Kit is made for its buyer. To protect the licence, your name, email address and licence ID are built into your personal copy. This lets a copy that has been shared be traced back to the licence it came from. It is not used for anything else.
Why we use it
- To prepare and email your personal copy of the Kit.
- To keep a record of who holds which licence, and to protect the Kit against sharing and reselling.
- To answer your questions, replace broken downloads and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (Creem keeps the payment and tax records as merchant of record).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Creem, our merchant of record, processes checkout, payment, taxes and receipts under its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider, to send your copy and answer your messages.
- Our website host may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
- Google Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep your name, email, order details and licence ID for as long as your licence exists, so we can support you, replace downloads and protect the licence, and for as long as the law requires for sales records. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons, and the details built into a copy you already downloaded cannot be removed from that copy. Write to [email protected].
