You may not use the Siege & Stone 3D Kit to make sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, NSFW or otherwise harmful content. This applies to every video made with the Kit, and to every buyer.
What is not allowed
You may not use the Kit, its skill, its toolkit or its assets to create, or try to create, any of the following:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity and fetish content.
- Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or characters that appear to be minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Content that shows real, graphic violence, gore, self-harm or cruelty, or that encourages them.
- Hate, harassment or threats against a person or group.
- Deepfakes, or content that impersonates a real person or misleads people about what a real person said or did.
- Content that promotes illegal activity, or that breaks someone else's rights or the rules of the platform where you post it.
What the Kit is for
The Kit is for family-friendly animated videos: how things are built, how things work, history, events and explainers, told with simple 3D shapes and little bean-shaped figures. The skill tells Claude Code not to build prohibited content, and the rules on this page apply whatever tools or edits you use.
You are responsible for your videos
The Kit runs on your own computer, with your own Claude account, and we don't see what you make. You are responsible for your scripts, voices and videos. Your use of Claude must also follow Anthropic's own usage policies.
If this policy is broken
Breaking this policy ends your licence, as set out in the terms. You must then stop using the Kit and delete it, and you will not receive further support or updates. Illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
